The Club Mahindra Community is where members can interact with other members, ask questions, share insights, learn from experiences, find answers, plan holidays better and earn Trip Coins.

Participating in the community is open only to Club Mahindra members. We are in the process of extending participation invites.

Any action you can take on the community is known as a mission. Most missions are structured to help other members as well as to help you earn Trip Coins. Missions can range from writing travel diaries to participating in forums to sharing stories. You can login to see the missions available to you.

Take up a mission so that you can share your experiences, making the community richer. Also, on completion of certain missions, you will be rewarded with Trip Coins.

Complete your member profile: Fill up all the blank spaces so that you can make the most of the community.

Write a travel diary: Write stories using pictures and videos and earn some Trip Coins too!

Participate in Club Talk.

You can check the Engage & Earn page, we have a list of all the missions there.

You will receive notifications about the status of your stories, discussions and also about the Trip Coins you’ve earned via the community. You’ll also be notified about new happenings in the community.

Notifications are visible when you click on the ‘bell icon’ on the top right corner of the community website

Trip coins are awarded when you perform helpful actions on the community like writing your travel diary and participating in forum discussions. All the activities you can do next are available in Engage & Earn

Trip Coins can be redeemed to get Resort Credit Points (RCPs) which can be used against Food, Holiday activities or Spa sessions at select resorts.

Each Trip coin is worth INR 1.00. This means when you collect 1000 Trip Coins, you can redeem it for RCVs worth INR 1000

We want the community to be a place where you can share your opinion freely. However, we also wish to ensure actions on the community do not hurt other member’s sentiments or their experience on the community.

With this in mind, you will be given Trip Coins for all comments / stories that are published on the community.

We have a whole host of activities that can help you get collect Trip Coins. Check them at Engage & Earn

The Trip Coins are visible in your profile page.

Once you reach 500 Trip Coins you will be able to redeem these against Resort Credit Vouchers, which can be used during your next holiday with us at select Club Mahindra resorts.

If you have taken a holiday before with us, do share your travel diary. You can also participate in Club Talk, polls, and quizzes to get Trip Coins. We also have Community contests from time to time that can help you earn Trip Coins. Keep sharing and keep accumulating Trip Coins so that you can have a better holiday.

Relive your holiday moments by sharing your travel diary with us. That’s a great way to share experience with other members as well as get Trip Coins.

No, your Trip Coins don’t expire. But once you redeem them, the Resort Credit Points will expire after a year of being issued.

Every month there will be a new Poll ready for you on the community portal. Just click on what you’d like to vote for and you’re done!

Poll is a quick and easy way to let us know about your preferences. Besides, you get Trip Coins  for participating

No, members can see only the overall percentages of answers and not individual participation.

Just once, you click on the choice that’s shown.

Yes, you earn 30 Trip Coins for taking a quiz.

We’ll be asking you to submit a contest entry. Once you send that to us, you have successfully participated in a contest.

Every month, we highlight experiences of a few members who’ve made outstanding contributions to the community by not only sharing their experiences but also helping other members. You can click on a featured member profile to read their stories and contributions.

You can do the following to become a Featured Member:

  • Participate in forums to help other members.
  • Have fun by participating in polls quizzes and contests.
  • Share the stories you like with your friends and family

The more you do, the more you are likely to become a Featured Member. 

Travel Diaries are where you can share your Club Mahindra holiday experiences. You can write about it, add photos and videos too. Do cover what you liked, the high-points, anything unique you experienced and the feeling you’re left with at the end of your holiday with us.

Each story will be moderated to ensure it is relevant and helps build the community. The Travel Diary will be published, after which you can share it with your friends and family too. Photos should be below 2 MB and each entry can have a maximum of 4 images. In case of videos, do upload them on YouTube and paste the link in the relevant box.

Any community member who has visited a Club Mahindra resort is eligible to write a Travel Diary.

Write a Travel Diary to share your experience, help fellow members with recommendations and ensure we make the Club Mahindra community a strong and reliable source of information.

Each time you write a Travel Diary, you are also eligible to get Trip Coins. Collecting and redeeming Trip Coins  for Resort Credit Vouchers can make your next holiday even better

You can make your Travel Diary exciting in the following ways:

  • Write good, clear sentences that detail out your experience.
  • Add photos and videos where relevant.
  • Tell us about the moments and experiences you enjoyed.

Write an honest and original story and that will be exciting!

Members and anyone who is visiting the community page can read your travel diary. 

Your Travel Diary will be reviewed and published. After which, you can share it with your friends and family easily by clicking on the Share button.

The forum allows you to ask questions, interact with other members, answer questions, ‘like’ certain comments and ensure the community is a more interactive and wholesome one.

On the forum, you can ask questions regarding your holidays, if you’re heading to one, and need clarity on your journey, stay or the facilities available.

If you see a question and can contribute an answer that is factual and relevant, please do leave your reply there.

You can ask questions regarding the resorts, facilities, journey, anything that the rest of the community members can discuss too.

We have General, Resorts, Newbies, Hotspots, Interest Groups and Suggestions.

You can view the Discussion section to check if someone has asked the question.

You will get a notification when someone answers your question.

MISSIONS

Our community starts with you and your family – your spouse, children and extended family and friends who make your vacation experience special.

There is some joy in discovering new places and ways to holiday. Given our family of over 2 lakh members, this is a perfect platform to discover experiences by fellow members. You get to plan your trip, get answers from other members, resort managers, and community managers to ensure you have a great experience.  Many members have met during vacations, become lifelong friends, making even memories together.

The section features sustainability and social initiatives from our resorts, experiences available at our resorts and a showcase of how the member community connects with the Nanhi Kali initiative

Project Nanhi Kali was initiated in 1996 by the K. C. Mahindra Education Trust (KCMET) with the aim of providing primary education to underprivileged girl children in India. Along with the objective of impacting the nation's development through education of the girl child, Anand Mahindra, the current chairman of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., also wanted to encourage Indians to ‘give back’ in a focused manner. Hence Project Nanhi Kali was designed as a sponsorship support programme which allows individuals to participate and support the education of a girl child in India.

We know that many of our members are inclined towards social causes and are active contributors. We want to create a unique way for our members to be able to contribute to Nanhi Kali through our community platform. The community’s core is to have members extend helpful actions to fellow members. Many of these actions help you earn Trip Coins. While your Trip Coins are set to bring you joy during your next holiday, it also helps us allocate funds for a girl child’s education.

For every 50 Trip Coinss you earn, MHRIL contributes a day’s worth of education to a girl child.

One year of education for a primary Nanhi Kali student costs Rs. 3600. One day’s education approximately costs INR 10.

Your Trip Coins won’t get deducted. You’ll be able to use all your Trip Coins and redeem them during your holiday.

This is visible in your community profile. To see your community profile, click on the profile icon on the top right corner after you log in.

We make donations on an annual basis.

As you are not donating any cash, hence no tax exemption is due.

You are welcome to make an additional cash contribution directly to Nanhi Kali.
