Birthdays and anniversaries are two days that are dear to all families. At Club Mahindra, it is our good fortune to be a part of our guest’s special celebrations. We also make a conscious effort to come up with memorable surprises!
At our Jaisalmer resort, a family accompanied by their 2-year-old daughter was visiting us to celebrate her birthday! They checked in on the day of her birthday, and the mother discussed the regular celebration plans with our resort team. They also planned to go out in the evening, which meant their room would be empty and we were free to execute our surprise.
The room attendant along with the housekeeping team decorated the room with balloons, candles and towel art, while the family was out. When they returned, they were absolutely thrilled with the birthday ambience created by our team. The little birthday girl was most delighted!
Touched by our gesture, the guest clicked a selfie with the entire team at the time of check out. She said the picture will serve as a token of our special birthday celebration.
