It’s super fun to go on a grand holiday with your family and friends, isn’t it? We are Club Mahindra members since quite some time now and so are our friends. Every summer, we go for a vacation as one big group by making our bookings at the same time. This gives us a chance to go on our Great Indian Holiday together!

Mid 2017, around my daughter’s 19^th birthday, we had visited the Kandaghat resort in Shimla for a memorable celebration. The huge sprawling property is amazing with breath-taking views of nature and absolutely lip smacking food. It was so well maintained too, that it filled us with enthusiasm, especially the warmth and hospitality of the staff.

We stayed for 4 days there, and had a fantastic time at the Fun Zone. If you are travelling with kids, they will surely enjoy at the Fun Zone and various activities. We also went on a one-day trip to Kufri, and it was an unforgettable experience with spectacular views of the snow.

By the time we returned, it was time for dinner. Everything was just perfect – a scrumptious buffet was laid out on one side of the perfectly decorated garden, and a live band played on the other side.

We played cricket the next day. But, even better fun was our paintball fight. Despite our protective gear, we still got hit hard by the paintballs!

Nishi, my daughter was in a for a big surprise for her birthday. In the middle of the karaoke session in the evening, we played the birthday song. The staff members had decorated the place, and also arranged for a special birthday cake for her. One of the staff members also serenaded her. Overwhelmed, she was all smiles! The other families and Club Mahindra staff joined us in the celebration, too. It was just like a perfect soirée.
